Uploading Custom Images and Using Show/Hide

Put your venue logo, sponsor banners, and welcome graphics on every audience screen.

1

Open the Custom Images Tool

From the Host home screen, find the Custom Images tile. Tap it to open your image library.

2

Upload Your Images

Tap Upload and pick PNG, JPG, or WebP files. We recommend 1920x1080 landscape images for best results on TVs. Smaller images will be centred with black bars around them.

Upload as many as you want - logos, welcome banners, sponsor strips, flyers.

3

Choose Which Images to Show

You do not have to show your whole library at once. Every image has a tick box and starts ticked. Untick any you want to leave out, or use the All and None buttons to select everything or clear the lot in one tap.

The Showing X of Y count tells you how many are selected. If you untick everything the Show button is disabled, so you can never push a blank screen by accident. Show just one image, a handful, or the full set - it is up to you.

Your selection sticks to the session, and you can change it while images are live on screen - the audience re-filters to your new pick straight away.

4

Use Show/Hide to Broadcast

Each image has a Show / Hide toggle. When you tap Show, that image broadcasts to every audience screen on your session - TV, projector, casted devices, all of them. They appear as a full-screen overlay.

This works over a running game and over the "Welcome to Let's Go Games" screen before you have started a game, so you can brand the screen while guests are arriving.

Tap Hide to take the image down. The screen returns to the normal game view, or to the Welcome screen if a game has not started yet.

5

Slideshow Mode

Select more than one image and they cross-fade automatically. A Seconds per image box appears so you can set how long each image holds on screen - anywhere from 2 to 60 seconds, with 5 seconds as the default. Change it while the slideshow is live and the pace updates on the audience screen straight away.

Perfect for sponsor reels between rounds, wedding photo displays, or rotating promo content.

Pro Tips

  • Use during break time - between bingo and quiz, between quiz rounds, or while players are arriving
  • For weddings, upload a slideshow of the couple. For corporate events, upload the client logo
  • Pubs - upload your specials board photo, a "QUIZ NIGHT EVERY THURSDAY" promo, or your social media QR code
  • Hide when the game starts - players should see the game, not a static logo. Show again on the break.
