Commission Programme

Sell Let's Go Games. Get Paid Every Month It Runs.

Know a pub, club, holiday park or events company that should be running games nights? Introduce them, and you earn on every payment they make, at double the rate on the payment they sign up with. No targets, no cost to join, no cap on how much you make.

20% + 10%
20% of the payment they sign up with, then 10% of every recurring payment after that, for as long as they stay subscribed.

One Deal, Same for Everyone

No tiers to pick between and nothing to negotiate. Whether you sign one venue or fifty, you are on the same rate from your first day.

What Unlocks As You Grow

The rate never changes. What changes is how much support you get. Once you are consistently signing venues that stay, or you bring us a brand running games across several sites, these come into play. We will raise it with you as you grow rather than leave you to ask.

Free Professional Licence

Your own Professional licence at no cost while you have active venues, so you can run your own nights and demo the real thing.

Co-Branded Materials

Marketing materials carrying your own branding alongside ours, for pitching to your network.

A Named Contact

Someone here who knows you and your venues, rather than the general support queue.

Early Access

New games and features before they go live, so you have something fresh to talk to your venues about.

What Could You Earn?

Move the slider. These are real numbers from our published pricing, with no inflated examples.

Based on list prices excluding VAT. Commission is calculated on the amount the venue actually pays, so discounts and charity rates reduce it proportionally. Figures assume every venue stays subscribed, and in reality some will cancel.

How It Works

1

Fill in the form below. We review every application and come back to you within 48 hours.

2

Get Your Kit

You get a unique referral link, approved materials, pricing sheets and a short guide to pitching venues.

3

Register & Pitch

Register the venue before you approach it so the deal is yours. Send your link, or ask us to join the call.

4

Get Paid

Commission is paid monthly, once the venue's money-back period has passed and the sale is settled.

Quarterly & Annual Bonuses

On top of commission, we share the upside when the business does well and you have played a part in it. There is no scoreboard to climb and no quota to hit. We look at what you have actually contributed and talk it through with you.

Quarterly Performance Bonus

  • Considered when the business has had a strong quarter and you helped make it one
  • Based on your overall contribution, not a fixed number of venues to hit
  • Talked through with you directly, so you know where you stand and what would move it
  • Looked at every quarter, whatever stage you are at

Annual Rewards

  • Recognition for standout contribution across the year
  • Venues that stay counting for more than venues that simply sign
  • Real weight given to opening up a market we are not yet live in
  • Invitations to launch events and product days

Who It's For

Reps & Suppliers

Drinks reps, AV installers and consultants already calling on hospitality.

Anyone with Contacts Abroad

We want to grow globally. If you have contacts in a market we are not in yet, that is exactly what we are after.

The Rules, In Plain English

No small print surprises. This is the whole shape of the deal before you apply.

You work for yourself

You take part as an independent individual or business, choosing your own hours and your own approach. You are not an employee of Let's Go Games, the arrangement is not exclusive, and you look after your own tax affairs and any registrations that apply where you are based.

How commission is worked out

Commission is based on what the venue actually pays us, so any discount they receive reduces it proportionally. It becomes payable once the venue's money-back period has passed, and small balances roll over until they reach a minimum payout amount.

Refunds and reversals are adjusted

If a sale is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the commission relating to it is adjusted against a later payment. We will always tell you when that happens and why. Commission on months a venue has genuinely paid for and used stays yours.

Register a venue before you approach it

Log the venue with us first. Registration protects your claim for a set period while the conversation is live. If the venue is already a customer, or already in our pipeline, we will let you know quickly so you do not waste your time. First registration wins, not first conversation.

No unsolicited bulk outreach

No mass email or SMS campaigns, no scraped or purchased lists, no automated blasting. Talk to venues you know, or venues you have a genuine reason to approach, and follow the marketing and data protection rules that apply where you and they are based. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you send it. Breaching this ends your place on the programme.

Use our materials, not your own claims

Quote our published pricing and use the materials we give you. Please do not invent features, promise timelines, offer discounts we have not agreed, present yourself as an employee of Let's Go Games, or bid on our brand name in paid search. If you are not sure whether you can say something, ask us first.

Either of us can walk away

Either side can end the arrangement on reasonable written notice. Commission you have already earned is still paid. If we change the rates we will give notice first, and venues you have already signed stay on the terms they were signed under.

Common Questions

Is this realistically worth my time?

It depends entirely on your contacts. One Professional venue signing up monthly earns you £12 on the sign-up and about £6 a month after that, so roughly £78 in the first year and £72 a year while they stay. The same venue signing up yearly pays you about £120 up front instead. That is useful rather than life-changing. Ten venues on monthly is about £780 in year one, settling to £60 a month, for work you did once. The people who do well here already know venue managers and can have the conversation naturally. If you would be starting from a cold list, this is probably not for you, and we would rather say that now.

Should I push for a yearly plan or a monthly one?

Yearly, where the venue is happy with it. The 20% is paid on the payment they sign up with, not on a period of time, so on a monthly plan it applies to one month and on a yearly plan it applies to the whole year. A Professional venue signing up monthly pays you about £78 across the first year. The same venue signing up yearly pays you about £120, and you get it straight away. After that, renewals earn 10% like any other recurring payment. Never push a venue onto a plan that does not suit them, but where yearly genuinely works for them it is worth asking for.

Do I need sales experience?

No. Most of the pitch is showing someone a demo and letting the product speak. We give you the materials, the pricing sheet and a short guide, and we will happily join a call or a demo with a venue if that helps you close it.

What happens if the venue cancels?

Your commission stops with their subscription. There is no penalty to you, and nothing is adjusted beyond the money-back period. If they come back later through your original registration, the commission resumes.

Can I do this from outside the UK?

Yes, and we would like you to. The platform works anywhere with an internet connection. You look after your own local tax and follow the outreach rules that apply where you are. We normally pay in pounds sterling by bank transfer; if that is awkward where you are, say so on the form and we will work something out.

Do bigger sellers get a better rate than me?

No. Everyone is on the same rate from their first day, whether they sign one venue or fifty. What changes as you grow is the support you get, not the money. Once you have built up a run of venues that stay, the free licence, co-branded materials, named contact and early access come into play, and we will raise it with you rather than leave you to ask.

How do you track that a sale came from me?

Two ways. Your referral link tags the sign-up automatically, and deal registration covers the cases where the venue signs up directly after you spoke to them. Register the venue and you are covered either way.
