How do I activate my licence?

After purchase, you'll receive a licence key via email. Go to letsgogames.co.uk/activate, enter your key, and you're ready to go. The software works in your browser - no download needed.

What devices does it work on?

Let's Go Games runs in any modern web browser on Windows, Mac, tablets, and phones. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome, Edge, or Safari on a laptop or desktop with an external screen for audience display.

Does it work offline?

Yes! After initial activation, the app works completely offline for 30 days. Perfect for venues with unreliable WiFi. Your themes, sounds, and settings are cached locally.

Can I transfer my licence to a different computer?

Your licence is bound to one machine at a time. To transfer, contact support with your licence key and we'll help you move to your new device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What's included in the Professional plan?

All 5 games (Bingo, Quiz, Racing, Music Bingo & Top Percent), all 6 mini-games, QR code joining, live leaderboards, 3 device activations, 25+ themes, custom sound uploads, and the mobile host app.

Do players need to download an app?

No! Players scan a QR code and join instantly in their phone's browser. No app download required.
