1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Let's Bingo software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Let's Bingo is a software application that provides bingo calling functionality for entertainment purposes. The Service includes:

Desktop application for Windows
Host control panel and audience display
Sound effects, visual effects, and mini-games
License management and updates

3. License Types and Restrictions

3.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your subscription tier:

24-Hour Pass: Single-use license valid for 24 hours from activation
Basic Monthly: Ongoing license for personal and small venue use
Pro Monthly: Ongoing license with commercial usage rights

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use the software on more devices than your license permits
Share, sell, rent, or transfer your license to third parties
Use the software for any illegal purpose

                Machine Binding: Your license is bound to a single computer upon first activation. Contact support if you need to transfer to a different machine.
            

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@letsbingo.com. 24-Hour Passes are non-refundable once activated.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds are provided for unused time
Your license key will be deactivated at period end

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Let's Bingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LET'S BINGO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Bingo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
