Let's Go Games is a multi-game entertainment platform developed and operated by Let's Automate (letsautomate.digital). The platform provides Bingo, Quiz, Racing, Music Bingo, and Top Percent game functionality for entertainment purposes. The Service includes:

• Browser-based application for any device
• Bingo game with 90-ball UK format
• Quiz game with multiple categories and round types
• Racing game with tote betting and photo finishes
• Music Bingo with custom game creation
• Top Percent general knowledge game
• 6 mini-games for interval entertainment
• Host control panel and audience display
• Sound effects, visual effects, and themes
• Licence management and updates

3. Licence Types and Restrictions

3.1 Licence Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service according to your subscription tier:

• 24-Hour Party Pass: Single-use licence valid for 24 hours from activation
• Starter: Ongoing licence for a single venue (Bingo only)
• Professional: Ongoing licence for a single venue with all games and features
• Enterprise: Multi-venue licence with custom branding and dedicated support

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software on more devices than your licence permits
• Share, sell, rent, or transfer your licence to third parties
• Use the software for any illegal purpose

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
• Annual subscriptions are billed once per year
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@letsgogames.co.uk. 24-Hour Passes are non-refundable once activated.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• Your licence key will be deactivated at period end

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Let's Automate (trading as Let's Go Games) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LET'S GO GAMES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Go Games from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
