How to Run a Party Pack

A themed event in a box for £9.99. Buy it whenever. The 24 hours only start when you say they do.

1

Buy the Pack

Pick a pack from the Party Packs page and pay the £9.99. It is a one-off pass, not a subscription, and nothing renews.

A licence key arrives by email. It starts with PACK-.

2

Do Not Start the Clock Yet

This is the bit people get wrong. Your 24 hours do not start when you pay. They start when you press the button.

So buy it a fortnight early, get the poster up, and leave the pass sitting there.

3

Start Your 24 Hours on the Day

On the day of the event, go to the activation page, put your key in, and tap Start my 24 hours. The clock starts there and runs for a full day, which covers the setup, the event itself, and the "can we do one more" at the end.

4

Run the Event

The pack is already written. A themed Quiz, a themed Music Bingo playlist, and a themed Picture Round, in the same Host App you would use for anything else. Players scan the QR code on the big screen, and the screens carry the pack theme all night.

Switch between them on one session code, same as always.

5

After the 24 Hours

The pass expires and the games stop. Buy the pack again for the next event and you get a fresh 24 hours, or move to a monthly plan if you have caught the bug. See what is in each plan.

Worth Knowing

  • One licence per pack per email address. Buy the same pack twice while it is dormant and the hours stack up
  • A Party Pack is a one-off pass. It is not a subscription and it does not renew
  • It is the cheapest way to see whether a games night works in your room before you commit to a monthly plan
  • Running it in a venue? A pack is fine for the event, but a commercial venue running games regularly wants a plan
