What equipment do I need to get started?

A laptop or computer connected to a TV or projector. Players join on their own phones by scanning the QR code on the big screen, with no app downloads and nothing to print. Most venues already have everything they need.

How long does it take to set up?

Most hosts run their first game within minutes of signing up. If you can use a web browser, you can host a game, and quick-start guides and video tutorials are there if you want them.

What games are included?

17 games in one subscription: Bingo, Quiz, Music Bingo, Karaoke, Racing, Top Percent, Let's Go Poll, Let's Go Letters and Bank or Bust, plus 8 mini-games including Picture Round and Chase the Joker. Racing and Top Percent are included on Professional and Enterprise plans. Phone play, live audience screens and leaderboards run throughout.

What's the early access offer?

Early access pricing while we get established. Prices go up once early access ends, and anyone already signed up keeps the rate they joined at.

Can I customise it with my branding?

Yes. The Custom Images tool lets you upload your venue logo, welcome banners and sponsor strips, displayed as a full-screen audience slideshow on every plan. A venue can put a sponsor's name on the big screen all night.

What support do you offer?

We provide email and chat support, comprehensive help documentation, video tutorials, and for premium customers, dedicated onboarding calls. Most questions are answered within a few hours during UK business hours.
